Work and Research
I am a young researcher in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Pretoria and am very passionate about research. I want to expand my skill set on all platforms regarding a career in research, which includes being an excellent leader. My field of interest is focused on coagulation complication in diseases associated with chronic and acute inflammation. These include conditions such as Type II Diabetes, breast cancer, and prostate cancer. The research I am involved in focuses on improving life quality of patients with these conditions.
