Work and Research
My work is focused on Data Science with Social Impact. This entails using Data Science as a tool to tackle societal challenges. My background is in Machine Learning. I hold a PhD in Computer Science, with a focus on Reinforcement Learning from Rutgers University. A large part of my research work over the last few years has been in the intersection of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (due to the abundance of text data and need to extract insights).
