Work and Research
Being a researcher in Microbiology and Biotechnology, my research issues are oriented towards development topics and related to the evils that undermine Africa in general and my country in particular. Currently, i’m working on healthcare-associated infections in Southern Benin associated with Multidrug-Resistant Bacteria in Hospital Spaces, and proposal a treatment based on medicinal plants in fight against these infections. In parallel with this survey, i’m also conducting prevalence and molecular characterization studies on Rotavirus infections in children under 5 in Benin. Also, in my research unit, we are working on multi-resistant strains of bacteria responsible for salmonellosis in Benin.
