Work and Research
In general, my research focuses on animal production, food safety and food quality, consumer perceptions, and sustainable food system. The topics covered are genetic characterization and quality of carcasses, meats, milk, and fish produced in Benin, and the assessment and improvement of hygiene of animal and vegetable food products methods of transformation.
For my PhD, I worked on ‘‘Assessment of body composition and meat quality of Lagunaire, Borgou and Zebu Fulani bulls raised on natural pasture in Benin’’.
