Work and Research
When it comes to research, I have been very much interested in Journalism, Media and Communication researches.During the course of my M.A study, I started to develop a keen interest on the issue of media framing and media coverage. Accordingly, I conducted my M.A thesis entitled “The framing of Human Trafficking in governmental Newspapers”. As I got my M.A, I joined Haramaya University. At Haramaya University, I had been undertaking various responsibilities lecturing, researching, advising and supervising. I published two articles titled:Framing of Human Trafficking in State Newspapers:The Case of Bekur Newspaper and The Role of Media in Promoting Tourism: A Study of Harari TV . Since I joined Mekelle University, I have been involving in Media,Journalism and Communication researches.
