Dr. John Mushomi Atwebembeire holds a PHD in Population Studies from Makerere University, Uganda, a Master of Philosophy in Demography from the Cairo Demographic Center, Egypt, a Post Graduate Diploma in Population and Development from the Cairo Demographic Center, Egypt, a Post Graduate Diploma in Demography from the Cairo Demographic Center, Egypt and a Bachelors of Social Sciences (sociology) from Makerere University. He is a faculty member at the Department of Population Studies, School of Statistics and Planning in the College of Business and Management Sciences, Makerere University in Ugandan and a Research Fellow at the Center for Population and Applied Statistics, Makerere University.
