Entrepreneurship training transfer among microfinance clients
The study will examine determinants of transfer of learning in own account ventures.
It aims to contribute to knowledge on how training transfers among micro entrepreneurs whose work environment differs significantly from the main subjects of transfer research i.e. corporate organizations. Also the study will extend theoretical lenses and the quest for a more holistic model for training transfer by using adult learning and institutional theories rather than traditional psychological or economic theory to evaluate training.
It will use post evaluation methodology and an adaptation of the revised Learning Transfer System Inventory (LTSI) 2012.
