Maike Buhr is a PhD candidate within the research project ‘Processes of Sustainability Transformation’ funded by the Robert Bosch Foundation and hosted by Leuphana University Lüneburg, Germany. Within the scope of her PhD thesis she is concerned with the question of how individual actors, especially individual change agents in businesses, can contribute to the sustainability transformation of the textile industry. Her research interests include individual change agents, the transformative potential of individuals, organizational and competence development, corporate sustainability and sustainability transformations.
