Work and Research
My current research addresses the global power imbalances that are reinforced by a skewed global health governance regime that hinders broad based interventions to meet the needs of the most vulnerable populations. It explores the legal frameworks in intellectual property law, as well as their larger socio-legal contexts, in the framing of patent laws concerning bio-medical products, but particularly vaccines.
