My vision for the future of research at UP and how I will contribute to this development

The UP 2025 vision provides a clear path of the vision and aims of UP. The following part of the 2025 vision has become part of my future academic plans.: 'To be a leading research-intensive in Africa, recognized internationally for its quality, relevance and impact and also for developing people, creating knowledge and making a difference locally and globally.'. South Africa has the potential to be the leading country in Africa in terms of science development and research for the benefit of Africa and UP's 2025 vision will contribute to it.
