Stefan Hilser is a PhD student in the research group “Processes of Sustainability Transformation” at Leuphana University, Lueneburg, Germany. Before starting his PhD, he studied his Master in Environmental Studies and Sustainability Science (M.Sc.) at Lund University, Sweden, where he developed his interests in the fields of knowledge and learning as well as power relations and reflexivity. For his PhD, he is researching the collaboration processes of the team of which he is also a member and aiming to implement an intervention that supports their learning from a Communities of Practice perspective.
