Work and Research
I am the catering coordinator at Future Africa. I am responsible for catering to the residents, conference visitors and the Research Commons food kiosk. I enjoy making use of the edible garden at the campus, I have access to variety of herbs, edible flowers and vegetables.
I have completed my BConsumer Science Hospitality Management in 2018. I also have experience with wine and food pairing as well as a chocolate course.
