Africa Week

Africa Week is the University of Pretoria’s biennial science leadership summit, hosted by Future Africa to bring together African and global leaders in science. The summit serves as a strategic platform for dialogue and collaboration aimed at strengthening African research, enhancing its visibility, and amplifying its influence on the global stage, with a particular focus on the role of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The event convenes leaders of prominent African and international scientific networks, transdisciplinary initiatives, and key stakeholders from government, the private sector, civil society and media.
