Bio

I have a focused research interest in the control of electric machines. This is called Electric Drives. My researches have resulted in several peer-reviewed articles published in impact factor journals. I have also presented papers in learned conferences as evident in my curriculum vitae. Currently, the specific interest of my research is in the application of electric drives in Electric Vehicles (EVs). The objective is to reduce dependence of transportation systems on internal combustion engines (ICEs) that use fossil fuels which, which in addition to being finite in supply, release gases that are harmful to man and his environment.
