Charmoné is the Catering Coordinator, serving as the link between the catering, events, and accommodation teams to support seamless event delivery. She manages procurement and stock control, and oversees the front-of-house catering team during conferences and events. As a trained Health and Safety Representative, she promotes safe working practices and compliance within the catering environment. Working closely with the hospitality and events teams, she coordinates catering logistics to deliver a professional and well-organised dining experience for guests and programme participants.
