Mission
The UNU Hub on REACH-AFRICA’s mission is to develop and apply science-based solutions that improve resilience in African environments, food systems, and public health systems.
The Hub aims to:
Advance scientific understanding of climate–environment–health linkages.
Develop sustainable, evidence-based solutions for water, food, land, and public health.
Build African scientific and policy leadership through education and capacity strengthening.
Facilitate African-led research collaborations across the Global South and UNU’s global network.
Promote evidence-informed policy and implementation at national, regional, and international levels.
