Bio

I completed PhD in Computer Science at University of Camerino, Italy, in July 2017. Through out my study I have been devoted in developing a novel structure prediction model for ribonucleic acid (RNA) by using topological data analysis and formal methods. I involved in an interdisciplinary research area that provides me with an excellent background in Bioinformatics, Computer Science and Mathematics. I am skilled with algorithmic techniques and tools that solve bioinformatics problems, including dynamic programming, graph-theoretical methods, hidden Markov models, clustering and classification algorithms and genome sequencing.
