Prof Chux Daniels

Bio

Prof Chux Daniels is a Transformative Research and Innovation Policy scholar at the Graduate School of Technology Management (GSTM), Senior Research Fellow in Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) Policy at SPRU (Science Policy Research Unit), University of Sussex Business School and Director of the Transformative Innovation Africa Hub (TIAH). He is an Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Management, Commerce and Law at the University of Venda and holds several other prestigious positions in research, industry and policy institutions globally. In recent years he has provided research and STI policy services to several national and regional governments and organisations that include the United Nations (UNIDO, UNTB, UNCTAD, UNESCO, UNESCAP, DESA), the European Commission, the African Union Commission, and the World Bank. His research interests include STI, digital, transformative change, energy and climate change, sustainability, capabilities and political economy.
