Bio

My primary research interest is in Maternal and Child Nutrition, particularly the determinants of Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) in Sub Saharan Africa. My researches focus on exploring the determinants of optimal feeding practice and to promote them through innovative interventions towards a healthy and active living. This is evident in my research outputs some of which include; development of smartphone based breastfeeding application (BF101), development of Antenatal Breastfeeding Counseling (ABC) Manual, development and validation of Ibadan Breastfeeding Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (IB-KAP) Scales.
