Bio

My research focus is in environmental engineering with a particular focus on circular economy. My particular research interests are in solid waste valorisation and solidification together with remedial treatment of waste water using secondary resources. I am also interested in innovation human centered design, systems thinking and agile project management. My main focus is turning industrial solid waste into useful civil engineering materials via alkaline activation and also resource recovery from the same industrial solid waste. Waste water remediation through adsorption is also another area of focus. This then allows the reduction of potential pollution effects of the waste materials.
